Oliwia Tarasewicz - Gryt (PhD)
Co-founder and volunteering vice-president of WrOpenUp. Trainer with experience in communication, generation management, corporate social responsibility (CSR) diversity management, intercultural competence, age diversity, and future work skills. Delivered numerous training “ABC Polish Culture” (in cooperation with the Wroclaw Centre for Social Development at Google, BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse). In the field of diversity management, she cooperated with Avanade Poland and BMI Icopal Poland. She conducted research on generational differences at the “Millenials Institute”.
Paulina Jakubowicz
Project Manager at WrOpenUp, a young professional who is engaged in the civic sector. She was an active volunteer during her university years; prior to entering current foundations, she worked for more than 7 NGOs, both locally and globally as i.e Hungary, Indonesia or Australia. Responsible for the strategy, planning, coordinating and analysis of the projects. Paulina worked for Center for Jewish Culture and Education in the White Stork Synagogue in Wrocław for over two years and she’s been working at WrOpenUp since October 2019 – where she is responsible for coordinating a project called “Future leaders”.
Marek Malinowski
Technical manager with more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Passionate about design thinking, machine learning, AI, automation, cybersecurity and all kinds of new technologies. Experienced in the corporate world – working for big corporate leaders in different industries (automotive, professional services). Couple years spent pursuing “the American Dream” working in the United Kingdom in the IT industry. On the volunteer side – active in 3 NGOs, in WrOpenUp member of core team and responsible for all IT related things (IT Operations Manager), also trainer in Design Thinking.
